These Terms govern use of the Generiqo Shopify store. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our posted policies.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt, not acceptance. Prices and payments

Prices are displayed in the currency shown by the store and may change. Taxes, shipping, duties, and other applicable charges are shown where available. Payments are processed by Shopify and selected payment providers under their own terms.

Product use and safety

Read and follow all manuals, warnings, maintenance instructions, age guidance, and local traffic or product rules. Wear appropriate safety equipment and obtain qualified service when needed. Do not use a product that appears damaged or unsafe.

Intellectual property

The Generiqo name, original site content, graphics, and design are owned by or licensed to Generiqo and may not be used without permission except as allowed by law. Third-party marks belong to their respective owners.

Third-party services

The store may use or link to third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply, and Generiqo is not responsible for third-party content or services beyond responsibilities imposed by law.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the store is provided on an “as available” basis. Generiqo does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. Where limitation is permitted, Generiqo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from store use or products.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the State of Florida and the United States, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
