Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer. The warranty period and covered components shown on the applicable product page or supplied warranty document control. Generiqo does not promise a specific warranty term unless it is stated for that product.

What is generally covered

During an applicable warranty period, verified defects in materials or workmanship may qualify for repair guidance, replacement parts, repair, replacement, or another remedy selected in accordance with the controlling warranty and applicable law.

What is generally excluded

Normal wear, consumable parts, accidental damage, misuse, improper assembly, inadequate maintenance, water exposure beyond the stated rating, corrosion, commercial use unless approved, unauthorized repair, modification, incompatible accessories, collision, theft, and damage caused by improper charging or storage are generally excluded.

How to request service

Email support@generiqo.us with the order number, product name, serial number if available, a clear description, and photos or video showing the issue. Do not disassemble or ship a product unless instructed.

Safety

Stop using a product that appears unsafe or damaged. Follow the supplied manual and all applicable local rules. Warranty service does not replace routine inspection and maintenance.
