Intellectual Property Rights
This page explains ownership and permitted use of content, branding, product materials, and customer submissions associated with the Generiqo store.
1. Scope
This Intellectual Property Rights Notice applies to the Generiqo website, online store, social content, communications, product presentations, and other materials made available by or for Generiqo.
It should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Legal Notice.
2. Ownership of Store Content
Unless otherwise stated, original text, page designs, graphics, illustrations, photographs, videos, icons, logos, product arrangements, downloadable materials, and other content created for Generiqo are owned by Generiqo or used with authorization.
These materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, database, unfair-competition, and other intellectual-property laws. No ownership interest is transferred to visitors or customers merely because content is displayed on the website.
3. Generiqo Branding
The Generiqo name, logos, slogans, distinctive graphics, and other source identifiers may be trademarks or trade dress belonging to Generiqo. They may not be copied, altered, imitated, registered, used in domain names, or presented in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without prior written permission.
4. Permitted Use
Generiqo grants visitors a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access and view the website for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes.
You may print or save a reasonable portion of a policy, order record, or product information for your own non-commercial records, provided that ownership notices remain intact and the material is not altered or redistributed.
5. Prohibited Uses
Without prior written authorization, you may not:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, sell, license, or commercially exploit protected store content.
- Modify, translate, adapt, remove ownership notices from, or create derivative works based on protected content.
- Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, index, download, or republish substantial website content.
- Use Generiqo branding in advertising, metadata, keywords, domain names, social handles, or marketplace listings in a misleading way.
- Present Generiqo content within another website or interface in a manner that hides its source or suggests an unauthorized relationship.
- Circumvent technical measures used to protect the website or its content.
6. Third-Party Materials
Manufacturer names, product names, photographs, specifications, trademarks, service marks, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the store does not transfer ownership to Generiqo and does not necessarily imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.
Generiqo intends to use third-party materials only when authorized, licensed, supplied for resale, or otherwise permitted by law.
7. Customer Reviews and Submissions
You retain ownership of original content you submit, such as reviews, photographs, questions, or suggestions. By submitting content to Generiqo, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and that the content does not violate law or another party’s rights.
You grant Generiqo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and distribute the submitted content for operating, improving, and promoting the store, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
8. Product Reviews and Moderation
Generiqo may moderate or remove submitted content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, irrelevant, contains sensitive personal information, or violates our store policies. We are not required to publish every submission.
9. Linking to Generiqo
You may link to a publicly available Generiqo page in a lawful and non-misleading manner. A link must not suggest sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or approval that does not exist.
We may request removal of a link that is deceptive, harmful, infringing, unlawful, or inconsistent with these terms.
10. Reporting Suspected Infringement
If you believe content on the Generiqo website infringes intellectual-property rights that you own or are authorized to enforce, email support@generiqo.us.
Please include:
- Your full name, contact information, and relationship to the rights holder.
- A description of the protected work, trademark, or other right.
- The exact Generiqo page address and a clear description of the material at issue.
- A statement explaining why you believe the use is unauthorized.
- Information reasonably sufficient for us to evaluate and respond to the report.
We may request additional verification. Knowingly submitting a false or misleading infringement report may have legal consequences.
11. Enforcement
Generiqo may investigate suspected misuse, preserve relevant records, restrict access, remove content, contact service providers, or pursue other remedies available under contract or law. A delay in enforcement does not waive any right.
12. No Implied License
Except for the limited permission expressly stated above, no license or right is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise under any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual-property right.
13. Changes to This Notice
Generiqo may update this notice to reflect changes to our content, business practices, or legal obligations. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
