Refund policy

30-day request period

You may request an eligible return within 30 days after confirmed delivery. Contact support@generiqo.us before sending any item. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Eligibility

The item must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in resale-ready condition with original packaging, manuals, parts, accessories, labels, and proof of purchase. A short inspection or assembly needed to identify the product may be considered, but signs of riding, wear, damage, misuse, modification, or missing packaging can make the item ineligible or reduce the refund where permitted.

Non-returnable items

Final-sale items, gift cards, personalized goods, used consumables, opened hygiene-sensitive products, and items damaged after delivery are not returnable unless required by law. Products containing regulated shipping components may require special return procedures.

Return authorization

Email your order number, reason for return, and requested photos. If approved, we will provide instructions and the authorized return location. Do not ship to our mailing address unless specifically instructed.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping and safe packaging unless otherwise stated or required by law. For a confirmed incorrect, damaged, or defective item, Generiqo will provide an appropriate remedy and, when applicable, return instructions.

Refunds

After receipt and inspection, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original expedited shipping charges are not refundable unless the return resulted from our error. Banks and payment providers may need additional time to post the credit.

Cancellations

Request cancellation immediately. Cancellation is not guaranteed after processing or dispatch starts. A shipped order must follow the return procedure.
