Price Explanation
A clear explanation of product prices, discounts, taxes, shipping charges, checkout totals, and pricing corrections.
1. Displayed Product Prices
The price displayed on a Generiqo product page is the current selling price for the selected product, option, size, quantity, or variation at the time the page is viewed.
Different options may have different prices. Review the selected variation and order summary before completing checkout.
2. Currency
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless another currency is clearly identified. If your bank or payment provider converts currency, it may apply its own exchange rate or transaction fee. Those charges are controlled by the provider, not Generiqo.
3. Compare-at and Reference Prices
A crossed-out, compare-at, former, or reference price may be shown to help explain a current discount. When used, it is intended to represent a price at which the product was previously offered, a manufacturer-supplied reference price, or another lawful comparison identified on the page.
The current selling price is the active price shown for the selected item before applicable taxes, shipping, or other disclosed charges.
4. Discounts and Promotions
Promotions, coupon codes, automatic discounts, bundles, and limited-time offers are subject to the terms shown with the offer. These terms may include start and end dates, minimum purchase amounts, eligible products, quantity limits, or customer restrictions.
Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, transferred, redeemed for cash, or applied retroactively to a completed order.
5. Taxes
Applicable sales tax is calculated during checkout based on the order, delivery location, and legal requirements. Product-page prices may not include tax unless the page specifically says otherwise.
6. Shipping and Other Charges
Shipping charges are calculated according to factors such as the delivery address, package weight and dimensions, selected service, and carrier requirements. Any applicable shipping or special-handling charge will be displayed during checkout before payment.
Carrier or delivery charges resulting from an incorrect address, refused delivery, redelivery request, remote location, or another customer-requested service may be charged separately when permitted by law.
7. Your Checkout Total
Before submitting payment, review the complete checkout summary. It should show:
- Selected products, options, and quantities.
- Product subtotal.
- Applied discounts or promotional credits.
- Shipping or delivery charges.
- Applicable taxes and disclosed fees.
- Final amount due.
Do not submit the order if the total is unclear. Contact Generiqo before paying so we can review your question.
8. Price Changes
Prices and promotions may change without advance notice. A change made after an order is accepted generally does not alter that order, except when a clear pricing error, payment issue, cancellation, or legal requirement applies.
Items placed in a cart are not reserved, and their price is not guaranteed until the order is submitted and accepted.
9. Pricing or Listing Errors
Although we make reasonable efforts to display accurate prices, a typographical, technical, promotional, or data error may occur. If we identify a material error before accepting or fulfilling an order, we may contact you, correct the information, or cancel the affected item.
If a paid item is canceled because of a pricing error, the canceled amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
10. Payment Authorization
Submitting an order authorizes Generiqo and its payment providers to charge the displayed checkout total to the selected payment method. A temporary authorization or pending charge may appear before the transaction is completed or released by your payment provider.
11. Returns, Refunds, and Price Differences
Approved returns and refunds are handled under the Generiqo Return and Refund Policy. Refunds are generally based on the amount actually paid for the returned item after discounts, excluding non-refundable charges where permitted by law.
A later price change or promotion does not automatically create a right to a partial refund unless Generiqo expressly offers a price-adjustment program.
12. Changes to This Explanation
Generiqo may update this page to reflect changes to pricing practices, checkout features, promotions, or legal requirements. The current version will be posted here.
