Order processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Weekends, holidays, payment review, address verification, preorder status, and unusual order volume can extend processing time.

Estimated US transit

Estimated transit after dispatch is 3–7 business days. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, remote destinations, and events outside our reasonable control may affect arrival.

Shipping charges

Available methods and charges are shown at checkout. A free-shipping promotion applies only when the order and destination meet the displayed conditions.

Address accuracy

Customers must provide a complete, accurate address. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after processing starts. Additional carrier or reshipping fees caused by an incorrect address may be charged where permitted.

Inspection and damage

Inspect the package promptly. Report visible damage, missing items, or incorrect products to support@generiqo.us as soon as possible with the order number, packaging photos, shipping label, and product photos. Keep all packaging while the claim is reviewed.

International shipping

Unless international delivery is expressly offered at checkout, Generiqo ships only to supported US destinations. For international orders, customers may be responsible for duties, taxes, brokerage, and import requirements.
