Find Your Tracking Information
Open the shipping-confirmation email sent by Generiqo and select the tracking link. If your order has multiple packages, each shipment may have a separate tracking number.
Your Delivery Journey
Order Confirmed
Your order was received and a confirmation was sent to your checkout email.
Preparing Shipment
Your order is being reviewed, prepared, and packaged for an eligible carrier.
In Transit
The carrier has your package. Follow its tracking updates for the latest estimate.
Delivered
The carrier has marked the package as delivered to the shipping address.
Tracking Has Not Updated
A carrier may need time to scan a package after a shipping label is created. Updates may also pause between facilities, during weekends, holidays, severe weather, or carrier interruptions.
If tracking remains unchanged beyond the carrier’s expected period, contact us with your order and tracking numbers.
Multiple Packages
Products may ship separately because of inventory location, package size, carrier requirements, or special handling. Separate packages can have different tracking numbers and delivery dates.
Review every tracking number in your shipping emails before reporting a missing item.
Package Marked Delivered but Missing
Check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, building staff, secure parcel areas, and any carrier notice. Contact the carrier using the tracking number, then email Generiqo if the package is still missing.

- Your full name and order number.
- The email address used at checkout.
- Your tracking number.
- A brief explanation of the tracking or delivery issue.
- Relevant delivery or package photos when available.
